Just installed this Caltric starter on my Cub Cadet 2166, and it's been smooth sailing ever since. The fit was perfect and it cranked right up without any issues. Definitely a solid replacement part!

Disappointed with the product quality
I bought this Caltric starter for my 2084 Cub Cadet, and it stopped working after just a few weeks. It was easy to install, but I expected better durability. Not sure I would buy this again.

Solid but took a while to get here
The Caltric starter worked well with my Cub Cadet 2135 after finally getting it installed. Took a bit longer than expected to arrive, but it’s been reliable so far. Just wish the shipping was faster!

Perfect replacement for my older model

Good replacement but installation was a pain
This starter from Caltric worked as expected on my Cub Cadet 2150, but the installation instructions could have been clearer. I ended up watching a video to figure it out. Once it was on, though, it worked like a charm!
