The starter itself is solid and fits my 1986 Big Red perfectly. However, it took longer than expected to arrive. The performance has been great since I installed it, so I’m happy overall, just wish the shipping was faster.

Defective after a short time
Unfortunately, this starter didn't last long on my 1986 Honda Big Red. It worked initially but then stopped engaging after a few weeks. I'm really disappointed as I expected better quality. Now I'm stuck looking for another solution.

Works, but had a few issues
I installed this on my 1985 Honda ATC250ES, and while it starts the engine fine, the packaging was damaged when it arrived. There were some minor scratches on the starter, but it functions well so far. Just wish it had come in better condition.
