Unfortunately, the Caltric starter for my 2014 Mercury didn't last as long as I hoped. It worked well initially, but then it just wouldn’t engage after a few uses. I’m disappointed since I really liked it at first.

Works well but took forever to arrive
The starter itself seems to work great with my 2006 Mercury 115HP. It was easy to install, but delivery took longer than I expected. I had to wait almost two weeks, which wasn’t ideal when I needed it for a fishing trip.
