I installed this Caltric starter on my 1995 Mercury 90HP and it fit perfectly. The performance has been great so far, cranking up my motor without any issues. Really happy with the price too!

Not what I expected
I was disappointed when this starter arrived for my 1996 Mercury 90HP. It looked good but didn't start the engine properly after a few uses. I ended up getting a different brand to replace it. Not great quality for the price.

The starter works fine on my 1994 Mercury 90 Sport Jet, but the shipping took longer than expected. Once it arrived, installation was straightforward and it starts the engine without a hitch now. Just be prepared to wait a bit.
