If the battery was dead and the cells wouldnt charge any more.Also you cant start your car. It can actually see the power in percentage , rather than having vague estimations . You can explain to the customer how much its worn and how long they can expect it to last!
I was excited to use the ELMConfig BM800, but unfortunately, the printer malfunctioned after just a week. The battery testing features are solid for 6V, 12V, and 24V, but I really wanted to have those printed reports. Disappointed with this purchase.

Decent product, but a bit bulky
The BM800 battery load tester is pretty reliable and gives accurate readings for CCA, but I found it a bit cumbersome to handle. It does its job well for cranking and charging tests, though. Just be prepared to find some space for it in your garage.
