The Carlstar/Carlisle Sport Trail is a specialty trailer tire that's designed for use on towable utility, boat, horse and stock, and cargo trailers. A bias ply tire that offers radial tire like capabilities, the Sport Trail's tread and contour reduce heat build-up and endurance for a longer tread life. A special rubber compound lowers rolling resistance for better fuel efficiency, and the Sport Trail's rugged sidewall guards the tire and wheel against damage from punctures and bruises for a longer tread life. Additionally, the Sport Trail features zigzag grooves that funnel water out of the tread to improve wet traction for better hydroplaning resistance.
The tires are just what I needed for my trailer, but I was a bit disappointed with the shipping time. It took almost two weeks to arrive. Once I mounted them, they performed well on the road, so that’s a plus!

I bought these Carlisle Sport Trail ST tires for my 8ft trailer, and they've been fantastic! The 6-ply construction feels sturdy, and they've handled all the rough terrain without any issues. Definitely worth the investment if you need reliability.

Arrived damaged, frustrating experience
Unfortunately, one of the tires I received was damaged upon arrival. I was really looking forward to putting these on my trailer. Customer service was helpful, but I still had to wait longer for a replacement. Not ideal!

Good value, but could be better
These Carlisle tires are decent for the price. They fit my 5x8 trailer perfectly, but I expected a little more grip on wet surfaces. They work fine for light loads but be cautious with heavier ones.
