Clevite camshaft bearings are OE replacement parts that are finished to provide the recommended clearance right from the box. Designed to meet or exceed OE specification, materials will vary based upon the OE year, make and model.
The Clevite SH-1814S set is fantastic for the price. My engine feels much more responsive, and the bearings seem to be of excellent quality. If you're looking for reliable parts for your camshaft, this is it!

Not impressed with the fit
I bought these Clevite bearings expecting a precision fit in my engine, but I had a bit of trouble aligning them. It took longer than I wanted. I think I might try a different brand next time.

Decent bearings, but packaging issues
The bearings themselves seem fine and match the specs, but the packaging arrived a bit damaged. Some of the bearings were loose, which made me nervous during install. They worked well once I got them in, so no major complaints!
