The Coohame grease fitting cleaning tool works pretty well, but I waited longer than expected for delivery. Once it arrived, it did help with cleaning out stubborn grease, but I just wish the shipping process had been faster. Still, I’d say it’s useful.

Didn’t meet my expectations
I had high hopes for the Coohame grease zerk buster, but it didn't work as well on my heavy-duty machinery. It cleared some grease but didn't get all the old stuff out. It might work better on lighter applications, so just be aware!
