The Discoverer S/T Maxx is designed for commercial light truck and high-powered torque vehicles. Coopers proven, class-leading 3-ply Armor-Tek3 construction contributes to the durability of the S/T Maxx by adding strength to the sidewall and tread area. I had high hopes for the Cooper Discoverer S/T MAXX tires, but they started to show significant wear after just a few months. I expected better durability for this price point. Frustrating since they did well in snow but didn’t last long enough!

Great but noisy on highways
These LT295/70R18 tires have been really dependable in both wet and dry conditions. I love the traction they provide! However, they can get pretty loud on highway stretches, which is something to consider if you do a lot of long-distance driving.

Good for towing, but pricey
So far, I've used these tires mainly for towing my camper and they do a solid job. The 129/126Q rating gives me confidence, but I do think they’re a bit on the expensive side compared to others. Still, the performance has been worth it for my needs!

Solid tire for off-road adventures
I've taken these Cooper Discoverer S/T MAXX tires out on some pretty rough terrain and they handle beautifully. The all-season capability is a huge plus for varying conditions. Definitely improved my truck's grip when going off the beaten path!
