These pads provide performance on shingles, plywood, wood shakes, felt and slate. For use with the following Peak Series of boots: Performer and Estimator. Please note: Any boots produced prior to May 2015 are discontinued. Replacement pads are no longer available. The new Peak Series Pads will NOT work with the older model boots. Under no circumstances should the boots be used after five months of daily use. The Velcro (Hook & Loop) can become brittle or blunted, causing the pad to slip or disengage from the boot.
These replacement pads from Cougar Paws fit my 8.5 boots perfectly! I love how they enhance grip for walking on slippery roofs. The quality seems solid, and I feel much safer when working. Definitely worth the buy!

Not as durable as I hoped
I was excited to try these Cougar Paws pads, but they didn’t last as long as I expected on my size 9 boots. They’re good for grip, but I noticed some wear after only a few weeks of use. Could be better!

Solid pads but took time to arrive
The Cougar Paws pads are decent and do their job well, but I had to wait longer than expected for delivery. They’re great for traction while working on roofs, but I wish the shipping was faster. Still, they fit my 8.5 boots well!
