The Crown Automotive hood safety catch is a solid product, but I found the installation instructions a bit unclear. Once I figured it out, it fit well and seems to be working fine. Just be prepared to spend some time on the setup if you're not handy.

Arrived damaged, not impressed
I was disappointed when my Crown Automotive hood safety catch arrived with a bent part. I managed to bend it back somewhat, but I expected better quality for the price. I can use it for now, but I wonder how long it will last.
