What sets CushCore apart is that its not just for flat protection. The engineered foam insert absorbs shock, stops deflection off obstacles, reduces vibration, and stabilizes the tire against roll and squirm - it even provides run-flat capabilities. Think of it as suspension for your tires optimized to give you a faster, smoother ride. CushCore is designed for tubeless-ready or tubeless converted mountain bike rims and tires. CushCore fits tire widths from 2.1 to 2.6, and fits rims with internal widths from 22 to 35mm.
The CushCore Pro set works well for my bike, but I found the installation process a little confusing at times. The instructions could be clearer, especially for someone not super handy. Once I got it figured out, the inserts have made a noticeable difference in handling. Just be patient if you're new to this!

One insert damaged upon arrival
I was really looking forward to using the CushCore Pro set, but one of the tire inserts was damaged when it arrived. The rim stickers and presta valves were fine, but I was disappointed that I couldn't use it right away. I reached out to customer support, and they were helpful, but it took longer than expected to resolve.
