customTAYLOR33 Engineering Grade Reflective Copyrighted 8mm Width Rim Tapes. Simple and inexpensive do-it-yourself modification, with amazing results. The highest grade reflective, very rare. They reflect light back at the light source that shines on them (like incoming headlights), giving the glowing effect. ALL reflective materials will tend to look more intense in pictures. Camera flashes can be more intense in a split second than other lights. LEGAL in most places since they are made for SAFETY and are NOT lights!! These are NOT ''glow in the dark.'' RIM SIZE FOR BICYCLES Please be aware that the numbers on your bicycle tire is the tire size, not rim size, so you must follow these instructions to find your actual rim size: Measure the diameter of your rims, NOT tires, from edge to edge. Your measurement will always be UP TO 1'' more than your actual rim size. For example, your measurement of a 22.1'' to 23'' diameter, means you have 22'' rims. Therefore you should be ordering a 22'' size rim tape. Also, rim tapes can only be applied to rims with disc brakes since you CANNOT have the pad brakes rub on the rim tapes. RIM SIZE FOR MOTOR VEHICLES (i.e. cars, motorcycles, etc.) The last two digits in the numbers imprinted on your tires is your rim size. For example, ''180/55ZR17'', means you have 17'' rims.
These rim tapes are awesome! The reflective quality is superior, especially at night. I've installed them on both my cars and noticed a big difference in how visible I am when driving. They were a bit tricky to apply perfectly, but definitely worth the effort!

Great addition for my bike!
I put these reflective rim tapes on my mountain bike and they look amazing. The black tape really pops against the silver rims. It's nice knowing I’m more visible at night now. Installation was straightforward and they fit perfectly!

Pretty cool for night visibility
I got these for my son’s scooter and they really help with visibility in the dark. The engineering-grade reflective material does its job well. Just be sure to measure properly, as I had to trim a bit of excess after applying them. But overall, very satisfied!

Not impressed with durability
I applied these reflective rim tapes to my bicycle, but they started peeling off after just a few weeks. I thought they were supposed to be durable since they're engineering-grade. Disappointing for the price I paid.

Disappointed with the color
I expected the black tape to be more vibrant or glossy. In person, it looks a bit dull against my rims. Functionally, they do reflect light well, but I was hoping for a more striking look. It's just okay for me.
