Great seat but delivery took ages
I really like the Cybex Priam seat pack, especially the all-wheel suspension that makes it a smooth ride. However, I had a frustrating experience with the delivery, which took much longer than expected. Still, the quality is top-notch and my baby loves it!

Not what I expected
I bought the Cybex Priam seat pack thinking it would be easy to install, but I struggled a bit with the setup. Maybe it’s just me, but the instructions weren’t very clear. The seat itself feels sturdy, but I wish it had come with better guidance. Hope it gets easier over time!

Seat came damaged
I was really excited to receive the Cybex Priam seat pack, but unfortunately, it arrived with a dent. I reached out to customer service, and they're helping me out, but it's disappointing to start off like this. I hope the replacement is in better shape because I do love the design!
