I had high hopes for this D.I.D KM500R tool, but it stopped working after only a few uses. I was careful with it, so I can't figure out what went wrong. Might be a quality control issue, but I'm disappointed for sure.

Good for the price but tricky to use
The D.I.D KM500R chain cut and rivet tool does the job, but the instructions could be clearer. It took me a few tries to get the rivet right, but once I got the hang of it, I was able to complete my chain replacement. Just be patient with it!
