I installed the Dee Zee tailgate assist on my 2018 F150, and it works like a charm. The multicolor feature is great, and it really helps with the heavy tailgate. Installation was straightforward, took me about 30 minutes. Definitely makes loading and unloading much easier!

Decent product, minor hiccup
The tailgate assist from Dee Zee is pretty solid, but I had a little trouble with the installation instructions. They weren't super clear, so it took me a bit longer than I expected. Once it was finally set up, it performs well and does what it's supposed to do!
