I installed this Denso downstream oxygen sensor in my 2003 Tacoma with a 3.4L V6. The improvement in fuel efficiency is noticeable, and it seemed to solve the rough idling problem. Just a heads-up, it doesn’t come with a connector, so I had to reuse the old one, but it wasn't a big deal for me.

Disappointed with the quality
I expected better from Denso. The sensor stopped working after about a month in my 1995 Tacoma. I noticed the check engine light back on and had to get a different part. I hope this was just a one-off issue, but I can’t recommend it based on my experience.

Decent sensor, but installation wasn't easy
The Denso downstream oxygen sensor works fine in my 1999 Tacoma, but the installation instructions could have been clearer. Took me a bit of time to figure it out, especially since it didn't come with a connector. Performance is good, just wish the setup was simpler.
