I installed this kit a month ago, and while the brakes work fine, I was disappointed with the look. The rotors were not as shiny as the pictures showed, and they rusted a bit after a rain. Performance-wise, they’re okay, but I expected more based on the hype.

Excellent Stopping Power!
These Detroit Axle brakes were just what my Mazda needed! The combination of drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic pads has noticeably improved my braking. I feel much safer driving now. Installation was easy with all the hardware included. Definitely worth it!

Decent Kit with Minor Issues
I installed the Detroit Axle brake kit on my Mazda and it works okay, but I found the included instructions a bit unclear. It took me longer to install than I anticipated. The performance is decent, but I expected a bit more from the slotted rotors. Still a decent choice for the price.
