The brake kit from Detroit Axle is good overall, but I had a bit of a hard time with the installation. The instructions could be clearer, and I had to make a couple of adjustments during the process. Once everything was set up, the braking feels solid on my 2002 Audi A6. Just be prepared to spend some extra time if you're not a pro!

Effective brake upgrade for my Passat
I installed the Detroit Axle brake kit on my 2003 VW Passat, and I’m really happy with it! The drilled and slotted rotors not only look great but have improved my braking performance significantly. Installation was straightforward, and the ceramic pads work quietly with minimal dust. Worth every penny!

Rotors started rusting after a few months
I’m not too thrilled with this brake kit. I bought it for my 2003 VW Passat, and while the brakes were great at first, I noticed the rotors showed signs of rust after just a few months. I expected better quality from Detroit Axle. The pads are still fine, but I’m not sure if I’d buy this kit again.
