I installed this Detroit Axle kit on my 2006 Jeep Wrangler, and unfortunately, one of the rear brakes started making noise after just a few weeks. I expected better durability based on the reviews. I might have gotten a defective part, but I’m a bit disappointed.

Quality brake kit for my Jeep
I recently installed this Detroit Axle brake kit on my 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ, and I couldn't be happier. The drilled and slotted design really helps with stopping power, especially on steep inclines. Solid performance and easy upgrade
Just put this brake kit on my 2003 Wrangler TJ. The drilling and slotting really help with heat management, and I feel more confident driving in the mountains now. Installation was pretty simple with basic tools. Definitely a solid upgrade from the stock brakes!

Installation was a bit tricky
I’m a novice when it comes to car repairs, and I found the installation instructions for this brake kit a little unclear. Once I figured it out, the brakes worked well, but I wish the process had been easier. Still, they seem to perform nicely now that they’re on!

Great value for money!
This brake kit from Detroit Axle works pretty well for my 2004 Wrangler. The 11.02-inch front and 11.22-inch rear specs fit perfectly. The only downside was the shipping took longer than expected, but the product itself has been solid so far. It definitely improved my braking performance.
