I installed this Detroit Axle brake kit on my 2006 Ford Escape, and I can feel the difference immediately! The ceramic brake pads are super quiet and provide strong stopping power. Just be prepared for some minor adjustments during the install; it took me a little longer than expected.

Solid brakes but installation was tricky
Bought this brake kit for my 2005 Mercury Mariner. The parts seem durable, and the braking performance is solid. However, the instructions weren't the clearest, which led to a bit of frustration during setup. Still, I’d say it’s worth the price for the quality you get.

Disappointed with the quality
I had high hopes for this Detroit Axle brake kit, but my experience wasn’t great. After just a few weeks, I noticed some squeaking noises and reduced stopping power. I expected better for my Mazda Tribute. Not sure if I’d buy this brand again.
