The Detroit Axle brake kit has decent stopping power for my Chevy Venture, but I had a bit of trouble with the installation. The instructions weren't super clear, and I had to watch a few YouTube videos to figure it out. Once it was on, though, it works fine!

Not impressed with the quality
I was hopeful for this Detroit Axle brake kit for my Silhouette, but honestly, I was disappointed. One of the rotors arrived with a small dent, and after a month, I noticed some squeaking. It just doesn’t feel like it’s holding up well. Not what I expected.

Solid performance but noisy
I installed this brake kit on my Pontiac Montana and it definitely improved the braking performance. However, it does seem to make a bit of noise when coming to a stop, which is a little annoying. It looks good and was easy to put on, but I wish it was quieter.

Great upgrade for my Buick
I bought this Detroit Axle brake kit for my AWD Buick Rendezvous and it worked like a charm. The ceramic brake pads provide smooth stopping power, and the rotors seem really well-made. Install was straightforward too, I did it in a couple of hours in my garage!
