This brake kit is a good value for the price. Installed it on my 2008 Pontiac G6 and while the rotors fit nicely, one of the brake pads didn't align perfectly. Took a little extra time to adjust. But overall, I’m happy with the performance.

Great performance but slow shipping
The Detroit Axle brake kit performs really well on my Cobalt! Stopping power is impressive, and the pads are super quiet. My only complaint is that it took longer than expected to arrive. Would buy again if I need more brakes in the future.

Decent kit but tough installation
I bought this for my Malibu and while the brake kit works fine, the installation was more challenging than I expected. The instructions could have been clearer. Once it was done, though, the performance is solid and the noise level is low. Just be ready to spend some time on the install!

Exactly what I needed for my G5
Installed the brake kit on my 2007 Pontiac G5 and it fits perfectly. The ceramic pads are a nice touch — they really reduce noise. Stopping feels great, and the installation was straightforward. Would suggest to anyone needing a replacement!

Not impressed with the quality
I had high hopes for this brake kit, but the rotors started to warp after just a few weeks on my HHR. The braking power was decent at first, but now it’s not reliable at all. Very disappointed with this purchase.
