I replaced the brakes on my Tahoe with this kit. The ceramic pads provide good stopping power, but I've noticed a bit of noise during braking, especially when it's wet. Not a dealbreaker, but I wish they were quieter. Might be just how they bed in?

Great upgrade for my Silverado!
I installed this Detroit Axle brake kit on my 2008 Chevy Silverado, and wow, what a difference! The ceramic brake pads offer smooth stopping and much less dust than my old ones. Installation was straightforward, too; I had them on in about an hour!

Decent but packaging could improve
The brake kit works well on my GMC Sierra, but the packaging arrived a bit dented. The rotors and pads were fine, though, and they perform as expected. Just a minor complaint about the delivery, otherwise it's a solid product!

Disappointed with the durability
I was excited to get this brake kit for my Chevy Avalanche, but unfortunately, the pads started wearing down much faster than expected. I've only had them for a few months, and I already need to replace them. Just didn't hold up as I hoped!
