I installed this Detroit Axle rack and pinion kit on my 2008 Chevy Impala and it works great. The steering is much smoother now, and the installation was a breeze. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully!

Perfect fit for my Monte Carlo
I bought this kit for my 2006 Monte Carlo and couldn’t be happier. It fits perfectly and is significantly better than the old one. The handling has improved a lot, making my drives much more enjoyable. Would buy again!

Decent kit but had minor issues
The rack and pinion kit for my Pontiac Grand Prix did the job, but it took a bit longer to arrive than expected. Once I got it, everything fit well, but I wish the installation guide was clearer. Overall, not bad!

Okay, but not what I expected

Arrived damaged, disappointed
Unfortunately, the rack and pinion kit for my LaCrosse arrived with some damaged parts. I reached out for support, and they were helpful, but it was a hassle that I didn’t need. I’m still waiting for the replacement. Not happy!
