I had high hopes for this brake kit for my 2001 Dakota, but after a few weeks, I noticed some fading under heavy braking. They’re okay for daily driving, but I wouldn’t trust them for serious towing or off-roading. Just something to keep in mind!

Solid Upgrade for My Dakota
Installed this Detroit Axle front brake kit on my 2001 Dodge Dakota last week. The drilled and slotted rotors really improved my stopping power, and the ceramic brakes are super quiet compared to the old ones. Overall, I’m really pleased with the performance and quality!

Good but with a Delivery Delay
The brake kit itself is great for my 2000 Durango. The installation was straightforward and the parts fit perfectly. However, I was a bit annoyed with the shipping delay; it took a week longer to arrive than I expected. Still, the product works well now that it’s on the car!
