Honestly didn’t expect much from a brake kit at this price, but this Detroit Axle set performed better than I thought! I’ve been using it for a few weeks on my 2007 E320 and there’s no squeaking, and braking feels very responsive. Installation took a bit longer than I planned, but worth it!

Great value for brake kit
I installed this Detroit Axle brake kit on my 2008 E320 and I’m impressed! The ceramic pads are super quiet and stop smoothly. The rotors feel solid too, making for a really good driving experience. Definitely a great value for the price!

Not as durable as I hoped
I had high hopes for this brake kit since I’m a big Detroit Axle fan, but the pads wore out faster than expected. I installed it on my 2009 E350 last year, and now I'm already feeling some grinding. Maybe I got a bad set? Will need to replace them sooner than I'd like.

Decent kit but had some issues
While the parts seem good, the installation instructions weren't very clear, which made it a bit frustrating. Once I got everything set up on my 2006 E350, the brakes worked well, but I wish the packaging had been better to avoid a couple of scratches on the rotors. Not bad overall though.

Good performance but packaging mishap
The brake kit is solid and works great on my 2005 E320, but I was disappointed that the box arrived crushed and one rotor had a dent. Thankfully, it didn’t affect the performance. Just wish the packaging was better. Otherwise, I’m happy with the brakes!
