The Detroit Axle brake kit fit my 2008 X5 perfectly. I had it installed in just a couple of hours, and since then, braking has been smooth and reliable. The ceramic pads really do reduce noise. Definitely a solid choice!

Not as good as I expected
I installed this brake kit on my 2009 BMW, and while it works okay, I wasn't blown away. The brakes feel a little less responsive than I hoped. They look good and were easy to put on, but I might look for something else next time.

Good value but shipping took forever
The brake kit itself is solid, and my 2011 X6 feels much better stopping. Unfortunately, it took over a week to get delivered. I'm happy with the product, but the waiting was a bit annoying. Just make sure you're not in a hurry.

Arrived damaged and hard to reach support
I was excited to install this kit on my 2017 X5, but the rotors arrived with some scratches. I tried contacting customer service, but it took quite a while to get a response. Disappointing experience overall, but I hope the brakes work well eventually.

Great upgrade for my BMW X5
