The Detroit Axle brake kit works as advertised on my X5, but I was disappointed with the packaging. The box arrived a bit dented, and I was worried the parts might be damaged, but thankfully everything was fine. The brakes are responsive and the ceramic pads are a nice touch.

Not happy with my purchase
I installed this kit on my 2017 X6 and had issues almost immediately. The brakes squeak quite a bit and I’m not sure if it’s the pads or the rotors. I expected better quality from Detroit Axle for the price. Disappointed!

Decent brake kit with minor hiccups
I bought this brake kit for my 2013 X6 and the parts arrived on time. The only issue I ran into was a bit of confusion with the instructions, which could be clearer. Once I figured it out, everything went well and the brakes feel solid now!

Great upgrade for my BMW!
