I installed this Detroit Axle front brake kit on my 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 and couldn’t be happier. The braking is smooth and responsive, and I love how the drilled and slotted rotors look. Definitely an upgrade from what I had!

Mixed Feelings on the Kit
The brake kit worked well for my 2014 Cadillac Escalade, but I had a couple issues with the installation. The instructions were vague, and it took me longer than expected. Once I got it on, though, the stopping ability improved significantly, so it’s not all bad.

Rotors Arrived Damaged
Unfortunately, the rotors arrived with some minor damage. I contacted customer service, and they handled it pretty well, but it was a hassle to deal with. Once I got the new ones installed, they’ve been performing nicely on my 2016 GMC Sierra.

Great Value for Performance
I was surprised by the performance of this Detroit Axle brake kit on my 2018 Silverado. The ceramic pads work wonderfully and don’t create a lot of dust. The drilled rotors give me confidence while driving, especially in tougher weather. Happy with this purchase!

Solid Upgrade for My Tahoe
I bought this brake kit for my 2017 GMC Tahoe, and it's been a solid upgrade. The installation was straightforward, and the performance is noticeably better than the factory brakes. The rotors look great and definitely handle better in wet conditions.
