The brake kit itself is solid and works well on my 2012 Mazda 3, but I had some trouble with the shipping. It took longer than expected to arrive, which was a bit frustrating. The brakes do perform nicely, though, so I can’t complain too much about the product itself.

Not What I Expected
I had high hopes for this Detroit Axle brake kit, but it didn’t meet my expectations. The pads wore out faster than I thought they would on my 2007 Mazda 3. Installation was okay, but I was hoping for better durability. I might try something else next time.

Great Upgrade for My Mazda 3
I installed this Detroit Axle rear brake kit on my 2010 Mazda 3, and I can definitely feel the difference. The drilled and slotted rotors offer amazing stopping power, and the ceramic pads are super quiet. Installation was straightforward, and I’m loving how my car handles now!

Just swapped in these brakes on my 2013 Mazda 3, and wow, what an improvement! The ceramic pads paired with the drilled/slotted rotors have made my stops so much smoother. Highly recommend if you want to upgrade your braking system.
