I was really hoping for a great performance boost with this Detroit Axle brake kit, but after a few weeks, I noticed some squeaking from the pads. Maybe it’s just me, but I expected better. The rotors look nice and all, but I’m not thrilled about the noise.

Decent Kit with Some Issues
The brake kit works well for my 2001 Audi A6 Quattro, but I had a bit of trouble with the installation. The instructions could be clearer, and it took longer than expected. But once installed, the performance is solid. Just wish it had come with better guidance!

Great Upgrade for My Audi
I installed the Detroit Axle rear brake kit on my 2000 Audi A6 Quattro, and the difference is amazing! The drilled and slotted rotors really improve stopping power and they look fantastic behind my wheels. Super happy with the ceramic pads too; they’ve been quiet and smooth!

If you have a 1999-2003 Audi A6 Quattro, this rear brake kit is a solid choice. The ceramic pads feel great and the drilled and slotted rotors seem to help with heat dissipation. Stopping power is definitely improved. Installation was straightforward too!
