I was disappointed when my brake kit came with one of the rotors damaged. The packaging seemed inadequate. I reached out to customer service, and they were helpful, but it added delays to my project. Once replaced, it seems to work fine, though.

Good value for my Jetta
I installed this Detroit Axle rear brake kit on my 2002 Jetta and it fit like a glove. The ceramic brake pads are quiet and have noticeably improved stopping power. Great product for the price, and shipping was super fast!

Decent brake kit but had issues
The brake kit works well for my 2004 Golf, but the rotors had some minor scratches on arrival. They still function fine, but I was hoping for a cleaner look. Installation was straightforward, though.

Solid performance but noisy
Overall, the Detroit Axle brake kit does its job on my 2003 Beetle. The ceramic pads do offer good stopping power, but I have to admit they squeak a bit when I brake. It’s not a dealbreaker, but a bit annoying.
