Installed the Detroit Axle rear brake kit on my 2009 Hyundai Elantra last week. Took about two hours with basic tools and the car stops on a dime now. Only complaint is the packaging was a bit damaged when it arrived, but everything inside was fine. Overall, pleased with it!

Sturdy and reliable
This brake kit from Detroit Axle was just what I needed for my 2010 Elantra. The ceramic pads really reduce dust, which is a nice bonus. I love that it came with all the necessary hardware. Installation was smooth, and I feel much safer driving now!

Not impressed with the quality
I had high hopes for this Detroit Axle brake kit, but unfortunately, the rotors started to warp after a few months. I didn’t expect that from a new set. It’s okay for now, but I’m definitely looking for a different option next time.

Decent kit, but some hiccups
The Detroit Axle rear brake kit worked fine for my 2008 Elantra, but the instructions were a bit confusing. I had to look up a video online for help. Once installed, the braking improved quite a bit, but I wish they had better diagrams.

Easy upgrade for an old car
