I thought this brake kit would be good for my 2010 Ranger after reading reviews, but mine started squeaking after a couple of weeks. The rotors look fine, but the pads don’t seem to be holding up as expected. I expected better from Detroit Axle.

Decent brakes, but installation was tricky
The Detroit Axle brake kit works well for my 2011 Ranger, but I did struggle a bit with the installation. The rotors are solid and the pads are doing a good job, but the instructions could be clearer. However, I’m satisfied with the performance so far!

Great brake kit for my Ranger!
I installed this Detroit Axle rear brake kit on my 2010 Ford Ranger and the change was felt immediately. The ceramic brake pads are super quiet and the rotors seem to hold up well under pressure. Just make sure to follow the instructions closely, and you’ll be fine!
