I bought the Detroit Axle brake kit for my Jetta and while it works fine, I had some trouble with the rotor fit. After some adjustments, everything works great now. Just be prepared for possible fitting issues.

Solid performance but tricky install
The Detroit Axle brake kit works well for my Golf, but I found the installation instructions a bit lacking. Once I figured it out, everything went smoothly. The ceramic pads are a nice touch and seem to hold up well under regular driving conditions.

Impressed with the quality
I replaced the rear brake pads and rotors on my Audi TT using this kit. The ceramic pads provide excellent stopping power and are much quieter than the previous ones. Super happy with this purchase!

Not as expected
I was excited to get this brake kit for my Beetle, but unfortunately, the pads didn’t fit properly. I double-checked everything and even tried contacting customer service, but it was frustrating. I hope this was a one-off issue.
