The caliper for my Passat seems good overall, but the installation instructions were a bit vague. It took me longer than I anticipated to get it mounted properly. Once it was on, though, it functions perfectly!

Disappointed with shipping damage
I was excited to install this caliper on my Beetle, but it arrived with a dent in it. I had to deal with customer service to get a replacement. It works well now, but that was frustrating.
