This Donaldson lube filter is just what I needed for my machinery. It’s sturdy and does the job right. Easy to install, and I appreciate the full-flow capability. Would buy again for sure!

Received a damaged filter
Unfortunately, the Donaldson filter arrived with a dented casing. I tried using it, but it didn't fit properly. I had to return it. Disappointed with the condition it came in, but maybe this was just a shipping issue?

Had issues with installation
While the filter seems effective, I found the installation instructions were a little unclear. It took me longer than I expected to get it on right. The filter does function well, though, so I’m not totally unhappy. Just a bit frustrated with the setup.

Solid performance for my truck
I’ve been using the Donaldson P558616 lube filter for a few months now on my truck, and it’s been great. The spin-on design makes it easy to replace, and the full-flow filtration really keeps my engine running smoothly. No complaints here!

Good filter but took a while to arrive
