The tensioner itself is great, but I found the instructions a bit vague. It took me a few tries to get everything aligned correctly. Once set, it works just fine on my Chevy. Overall, satisfied but a little frustrated during install.

Avoid if you want reliability
I was disappointed with this tensioner assembly. It started squeaking after just a few weeks, which is not what I expected from Dorman. I hope it was just a bad unit, but I'm not buying another one.

Decent product, but took time to arrive
