I bought the Dorman HVAC blend door actuator for my 2013 Mercedes-Benz, and it was a breeze to install. My air conditioning is working perfectly now, and it was way cheaper than going to a mechanic. Definitely a solid replacement if you're having HVAC issues!

Great price for a reliable part
I really liked this Dorman HVAC blend door actuator. It fit my 2015 Benz perfectly and the air flow is much better now. The only downside was that it took a bit longer to arrive than I expected, but overall I'm satisfied with the purchase.

Not what I expected
Unfortunately, the actuator I received didn’t fit my model as stated. I double-checked everything, but it just wouldn’t work. I had to return it, which was frustrating. Make sure you verify compatibility before ordering!

Decent actuator, installation was tricky
The Dorman blend door actuator works fine, but the installation instructions weren't very clear. It took me a couple of tries to get it right. Once it was in, though, my climate control is back to normal. Just be patient during install!
