Easy Install and Great Fit
Super easy to install this Dorman liftgate actuator in my GMC Acadia. It fits perfectly and feels well-built. The lock engages nicely, and now I don't have to worry about it not working. Very satisfied!

Not as described
Unfortunately, the actuator I received didn't fit my Chevy Silverado as it was supposed to. I had to return it, which was a hassle. The build quality seemed fine, but I can’t give it more than two stars since it didn’t work for my model.

Decent but a bit noisy
Installed this Dorman actuator on my Cadillac CTS and it works okay, but I noticed it’s a bit louder than the OEM part. It still locks and unlocks properly, so not a total loss, but just something to keep in mind.
