Decent replacement but packaging could improve
The heated glass mirror for my Forester arrived safe and sound but the box was a bit crumpled. It works fine and fits well, but I wish the packaging was sturdier. Still a good product for the price!

Installation wasn't straightforward
I had some trouble getting this mirror glass mounted properly. The backing plate is supposed to help, but the instructions weren't very clear. Once I figured it out, it works well for heating, but it was frustrating at first.

I was disappointed when I received the replacement mirror glass; it had some scratches on it. It seems to work fine when heated, but for a new product, I expected better. Customer service was helpful in resolving this though.
