To do this, widen the bottom rings slightly larger than necessary with the adjustable knob, place it over the pipe, and turn the knob clockwise until snug. Press down on the knob to lock in place 2) Slide it: Slide the upper strap around the elbow until the foam guide touches the top of the elbow. If the strap doesnt fit at first, simply turn the adjustable knob counterclockwise to loosen 3) Secure it: Rotate the top adjustable knob until snug, and push down to lock in place.
