I was really disappointed when I received the mirror glass for my X6 and found it cracked. I had to return it, which was a hassle. I hope the next one comes in better condition!

Good quality, but slow shipping
The mirror glass itself is of good quality and fit my 2011 X5 just right. Just a bummer that it took a bit longer to arrive than expected. Otherwise, I'm happy with the product.

Not as clear as I hoped
While it fits my 2009 X5 well, the glass isn't as clear as the original. It gets the job done, but visibility is slightly lacking in certain lighting. Just something to keep in mind.
