I wanted to love the Factor 55 Ultrahook, but when it arrived, the finish had a few scratches. It seems robust with its 16,000 lbs capacity, but for the price, I expected better. I’m hoping it performs well during use, but I was let down by the packaging and initial look.

Sturdy and Reliable Winch Hook
I recently installed the Factor 55 Ultrahook on my winch, and it's been fantastic. The closed system adds an extra layer of safety, and I love that it can handle 16,000 lbs. It's definitely solid and feels very well-made. Plus, the shackle pin mount gives me peace of mind when towing heavy loads!

Great Upgrade for Off-Roading
The Factor 55 Ultrahook is a solid upgrade for my off-road setup. I was impressed with the 48,000 lbs max load rating. It hooks up nice and tight, but the installation instructions could be clearer. Took me a bit longer to figure it out than I expected, but now that it's on, I'm happy!
