Really effective in my home theater
I bought this to help soundproof my home theater, and it has made a huge impact. The 125 sq ft is a lot, and I still have some leftover for future projects. The self-adhesive backing made it easy to apply, and the sound deadening is noticeable. I’m impressed!

Decent product, but installation took time
The FatMat sound deadener does work well for reducing sound, but I found the installation process quite tedious. The bulk pack is generous, but getting it to fit into all the nooks and crannies took longer than I expected. I’m happy with the end result but just be prepared for a bit of extra work.

Not what I expected
I had high hopes for this FatMat based on the reviews, but I was a bit let down. It’s thick enough but didn’t fully eliminate the noise I was hoping for in my car. Maybe I didn’t apply it correctly, but I expected better. It’s okay, just not a miracle solution for me.
