Fiebings Antique Finish - 4 ounce jar.Imparts a soft, lustrous patina that emphasizes tooling, carving and embossing with a subtle,two-toned effect. Antique Finish is not entirely waterproof and should be protected with anadditional wax or resin coating such as one of our Top Coats. Antique Finish can be thinned with Fiebings Tan Kote. All of the colors in the color chart are the most accurate representations of these products onleather than we have ever had as they are digital images of the dyes and stains directly onvegetable tanned leather pieces.Of course there is some variance based on your screen resolution and for the sole reasonthat you are looking at a computer screen and not a piece of leather but this new color chartat least gives you an idea. *IMPORTANT* - This item is not available in California. I used the Fiebing's Antique Finish Paste on an old leather jacket that needed some love, and wow, it really brought back the color! The cordovan shade looks rich and deep. Just a heads-up, make sure to apply it in a well-ventilated area, as the smell can be a bit strong at first.

Had issues with drying time
I was excited to use the cordovan finish paste, but I found the drying time to be longer than expected. It looks nice after it dried, but I had to adjust my schedule since I couldn't use the item for a bit longer. Still, the color is great, just be prepared to wait it out!

Nice finish, but a bit tricky to apply
The paste has a wonderful antique look once applied, but I found it a bit hard to spread evenly on my project. The cordovan color is beautiful, but it took me a few tries to get it just right. If you're patient, the results are worth it! Just give yourself extra time for application.

Not what I expected
Unfortunately, the Fiebing's Antique Finish Paste didn’t meet my expectations. The color was a bit off compared to what I saw online. It looked different on my leather than I thought it would. I guess it works, but I won’t be using it again anytime soon.

Love this for my leather furniture
I applied this Fiebing's Antique Finish Paste to my leather couch and it looks fantastic! The 4 oz jar is just the right size, and the cordovan color adds a nice vintage touch. It's easy to work with too! Definitely a staple for any leather care.
