I'm pretty impressed with Fiebing's Vintage Gel! It’s perfect for giving my leather projects that contrasted accent finish. The 8 oz size is generous and lasts quite a while. The tan color matched my tools perfectly; I’ll definitely be using this again!

Not as great as expected
I was really looking forward to using this antiquing gel, but I wasn't thrilled with the outcome on my boots. The color turned out a bit darker than I anticipated, and it didn't highlight the tooling as much as I hoped. Maybe it works better on other leather types?

Nice results but tricky to use
The tan color is nice, and it definitely adds a vintage touch to my tooled leather bag. However, I found the application a little tricky at first. It took me a few tries to get the finish right without overdoing it. Just be patient, and you'll get there!

Great for leather restoration projects!
I used Fiebing's Vintage Gel in tan for my old leather boots, and wow, what a difference! The antiquing effect really brought out the details, making them look almost new. It’s a bit thicker than I expected, but it applies smoothly and dries even better.
