The FR4211HL is a 12V 20 GPM fuel transfer pump that comes with a 901CL mechanical meter (liters), 1 x 12 discharge hose, 1 manual nozzle, 34 telescoping steel suction pipe, 18 12 GA power cable, 1 x 4 pipe nipple, 1 x 5 pipe nipple, ground wire, (2) wire nuts, and (2) rolls of PTFE tape. It can be used to pump gasoline, diesel, kerosene, ethanol blends up to 15%, methanol blends up to 15%, and biodiesel up to B20. Each fuel transfer pump utilizes Rotary Vane Technology that helps maintain consistent flow performance over the life of the pump. Built to last, with durable cast-iron construction and an improved on/off switch this product will stand the test of time in the toughest environments. Designed for easy installation, the junction box rotates 180-degrees for ease of installing electrical wiring in tight spaces.
I bought the FR4211HL for my garage to transfer fuel. It works well and is quite powerful, but the installation instructions were a bit unclear. After some trial and error, I got it running, but I wish the manual had been more straightforward. Still, it does the job!

Pump arrived damaged
I was really looking forward to using the Fill-Rite pump, but it arrived with some dents and wouldn't start. I'm not sure if it was mishandled during shipping or if it's a quality issue. Hoping to get a replacement soon, but it's been frustrating.
