The glass arrived on time, but there were some scratches on the surface. It still works fine, and the heat feature is nice, but I expected it to be in perfect condition. Just check it thoroughly upon arrival.

Stopped working after a few weeks
I was really hopeful about this heated glass for my 2019 CR-V. It worked well at first, but then the heating element just stopped. I’m not sure if I got a defective one or what happened, but I'm pretty frustrated.

Great fit for my 2018 CR-V
I bought this heated replacement glass for my Honda CR-V, and it fits perfectly! The backing plate was easy to install, and the heat function works great in the winter. Definitely a solid purchase if you're looking for replacement parts.

Hot glass, bad packaging
While the heated feature of this replacement glass is fantastic, I was disappointed by how it was packaged. It arrived with a few dents on the plate. Thankfully, it didn't affect the installation and it works well in my 2017 CR-V.
